I am so excited to be presenting to you Fancy a Scone and going live on Amazon! What started out as just a bit of mucking around in the kitchen, soon turned into an obsession, making me go completely scone mad!!! The collection of scones soon began to grow and my Mum and I would spend weekend after weekend comparing ideas and hitting the kitchen with intriguing flavours and different ways that scones could be produced. The dough is versatile and easy to work with, and now just over a year from when the legendary Feta, Spinach and Toasted Pine Nut Swirl was created, nearly 80 recipes have been developed all together and the list is still growing! I really hope people enjoy this book just as much as I have making and eating them. Now it's time for me to get on the diet and hit that gym! Over a year of making scones, well has made me look a bit like a scone!
